Store Policy

By marking this box on your order you have agreed to all of our terms and conditions regarding fish size, health, dead on arrival policy, shipping rates and delivery dates. You understand that you are purchasing live animals that are perishable. Any damaged or loss due to carrier delay or carrier handling will be handled on a case by case basis.

Shipping charges are never refunded under any circumstance. You the customer also agree to be available when the package arrives and to notify BioAquatix with in 2 hours of receipt any dead fish that arrive along with pictures(must be emailed). BioAquatix guarantees any fish, shrimp, or plant for 48hrs after arrival. BioAquatix does not have control of the customers water parameters or current state of the home aquarium. If you have any doubt or questions about your water parameters please give us a call or email us to discuss the fish that are right for you.

If you refuse shipment for any reason you forfeit any credit or refunds on your order. If the customer provides BioAquatix with an incorrect address and the package is delayed or lost no credit or refund will be issued. BioAquatix will check all addresses with current systems provided by the carriers UPS and USPS. 


There is a 20% restocking fee for any orders that are cancelled after they are placed and paid. All credits issued will be store credits redeemable through the website.
