This “live aquarium package” is good for beginners.  It comes with everything you need to start your small aquarium: Shrimp/fish, plants and food. It is very easy to set up and maintain, you can use dechlorinated tap water and it only requires standard aquarium lighting, 20% water change every 2 weeks or 10% water change every week.
